A Joss Group Initiative Celebrating the Art, Technology, and Future of Print
Celebrate Print is a Joss Group initiative exploring how contemporary print technologies can expand artistic and commercial possibilities and bring together artists, designers, printers, photographers, educators, and students.
Our goal is to create exhibitions, workshops, demonstrations, and conversations that answer a simple question: What Can Print Do?
Rather than focusing solely on finished works, Celebrate Print explores the full spectrum of the creative process. We believe specialty printing techniques–including texture, metallic inks, fluorescent inks, dimensional effects, and the use of innovative substrates–can become part of a broader artistic vocabulary.
Current activities and projects include:
- Exploring partnerships with Montgomery County Community College (Blue Bell and Pottstown, Pennsylvania);
- Developing educational workshops and demonstrations;
- Building relationships with artists, designers, photographers, and print professionals;
- Investigating specialty print technologies and creative workflows.

Celebrate Print October 2026: See How Art Becomes Print
This October Celebrate Print is opening the doors to two working facilities for a pair of free, behind-the-scenes events exploring the journey from original artwork to finished print.
The open houses are designed for artists, photographers, designers, students, educators, print professionals—and anyone who’s simply curious about what print can do.
The series is being held in conjunction with International Print Day on October 21, 2026, a worldwide celebration of print and the people, skills, technology, and creativity behind it. Come Celebrate Print with Us in October!
Both events are free, but advance registration is required and space is limited.
From Original Art to Digital Capture
October 15, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM in Ambler, PA at Rex Dimensional
See professional high-resolution art scanning in action and learn how original artwork is transformed into a digital file for reproduction, documentation, and preservation. Attendees are invited to bring artwork for possible scanning during the demonstration.
From Digital File to Finished Print
October 21, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM in Conshohocken, PA at Innvoke
Step inside a working printing facility and discover what happens to digital files and digital designs. See and touch examples of fine-art and photographic prints, textured printing, screen printing, Giclée prints, and printing on everything from paper and cardboard to mugs and other products.
